I totally agree with @James Fitzgibbon as I am also a GOREIA member. I have also been a member of CFRI and GOREIA is by far the best group to join especially for new investors. The training is great and inexpensive. If you are looking for off-market properties to buy I have over 80 of them ranging from SFR, Duplexes, Triplexes, Quads, Small MF and commercial properties.
