Maintenance Man To Live On Site For The Duration Of Rehab

Hello fellow Miami Real Estate Investors,

I have a property that will be going under a gut rehab. Looking for a maintenance man with experience in handy work etc who will live in one of the units for the duration of the rehab and perform maintenance jobs as well. Please private message me if you know of anyone that may be interested.
