Hi All! I live in DC, but am originally from S. Florida and still make at-least-yearly trips down to 305. I've seen much discussion about investing in S. Florida and was hoping someone might be able to point me to some local success stories. What sort of investments are working out? Buy and hold? Flips? Something else?

I'd welcome any comments.
