where are you building on infill lots?

I'm a vertically integrated general contractor and developer from Columbus Ohio who recently relocated to Miami. I'm looking at infill lots in south miami dade county in areas like florida city, homestead, etc for joint venture projects with investors to build single family homes and small multifamily homes. 

Where have you purchased and built on lots affordable for infill or spec homes in miami florida? miami dade county only please we are not focused on any other markets or counties in florida including Broward county and palm beach should not be included.
