Jacksonville STR Market
Looking to invest in a another property here in Jacksonville. Currently only have a single primary residence that I'll be using as a long term rental once I leave Jax, but was wondering if anyone has any insight on the short term rental market here?
My partner and I figured if we can increase our margins in cash flow via the short term rental it could be worth going that route for a couple of years. Unfortunately the beaches would be out of our price point, and from what I understand there's some STR restrictions in Atlantic Beach anyways. I'm interested in the San Marco/Murray Hill/Riverside area, but would be open to others.
