Jacksonville investors advice
I'm a new investor in the apartment complex space and would like to run my numbers by someone (preferably in the Jacksonville market). Prices are crazy at the moment so I just want to make sure I'm not overpaying by an absorbent amount.
Wondering what people have seen for cap rates in particularly Jacksonville (in the nicer Class A/B areas).
Please let me know if you have time to run through the terms/numbers with me! Appreciate your help in advance.
