What neighborhoods should I drive?
Hi everyone,
I am relocating to Jacksonville for work soon and am planning to get into investing there within a few months. I will be visiting this weekend and want to get a feel for the city and the different neighborhoods. Predominantly will be looking to invest in B class neighborhoods with small multifamily.
What are the major neighborhoods and which would be similar to this?
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
