Scope of Work:

Plumbing fixtures (faucets, tub/shower kits, toilets) will be purchased and provided by Owner. Contractor is responsible for purchasing and installing all water supply, waste, vent piping connections, hoses & fittings unless otherwise noted.

Unit 1:

  1. Re-piping drainage under the kitchen sink to proper condition
  2. Add a shower valve to Jacuzzi tub

  3. Turn the Bath Cabin in the Bathroom into a Stackable Laundry Room

Unit 2:

  1. Pull pedestal lavatory downstairs, tie onto existing water and drain, run new lines over for kitchen. After cabinets are installed, supply and hook up kitchen sink and faucet. Reinstall pedestal.
  2. Washing machine. Replace hot and cold boiler drains. Cut into wall, bring drain up to code(add trap and vent if needed).
