Happy New Year in 2019! May all the newbies to Jacksonville read this story and make sure its in the back of your head when looking to buy in 32209. Its hard to get good appreciation or value in a house when it is in a neighborhood of high crime and death. Some of those deals in 32209, while they may look appealing, may be too good to be true.
