Multi-Family Realtor In JAX
Hi Team,
I'm seeking to expend my Multifamily portfolio in the Jacksonville Florid.
I understand that like in most US markets at the moment the cap rates are relatively lower for small MF.
I was told by mate who owns 17 houses in Jax that Small MF are selling for lower CR then houses....
would appreciate referral to good MF agent, if it makes a different then Small MF 2-4 units.
we are looking to use my remaining spaces for conventional lending.
Thanks in advance,
