Need some advise on area to buy for appreciation

Hi everyone, I am new to Biggerpockets.com. Just finished reading "the book on rental property investing" a month ago and it is now hooked on real estate investing. I have a mortgage now that I am paying 1k/month including insurance and property taxes. My plan is to buy another house and rent this one out. I think my current house would rent around $1500/month. I don't plan on getting any cash flow. I will save the $500 for future repair and vacancy cost.  I am looking to buy a house that I am going to be living in for around 10 years or maybe longer. So I would like to find a place that would have high appreciation in the future. The few neighborhoods I am looking at now is

Highland Glen
Jax Golf
James Island
Deerwood
Pablo Bay
Hidden Hills
Isle of Palms

I need some opinion on choosing the right community as I am buying for appreciation. I don't play golf. So I don't need much amenities. Thanks in advance.

@Michael Huang Let me know when you find a solid place to invest on appreciation, and everyone else will follow suit! Also, if you know the winning lottery numbers and when the stocks will gain and when the next hurricane will hit, let me know. Investing for appreciation is not always the smartest idea, but if you plan to hold for 10+ years, you should be able to ride the waves of the economy and come out ahead. Maybe look into investing for cash flow, just to be safe.
