Eric Griemsmann hi Eric I am a local investor here in Jacksonville and a firefighter. Being a firefighter I have worked all over the city and depending on what kind of investing you are looking to do this area is one of the worst in Jacksonville in terms of high crime. Resale in this area is very difficult but I am not an expert in YOUR type of investing. But I can tell you this area is very rough. Collecting rent in this area is downright dangerous. People are not going to take care of your property. It's basically a warzone. I'm assuming you are looking to rent in this area.
Just trying to let you know what your getting into.
