Coming to Jax, looking to meet fellow investors

I'm an OOS SFR/Multifamily investor/syndicator located overseas. I currently own 15 units in Jacksonville and 32 units in SC. Next week I'm coming to Jax and I'd be more than happy to meet other investors or anyone in the REI ecosystem to trade information or evaluate cooperation or JV. Also interested in group meetings. I'll be in Jax from11/1 till 11/4.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any meetups to be held during my stay. Am I missing something?
