Areas to avoid in Jacksonville

What pockets (specific areas, ex: along moncrief road) in 32206, 32209, 32204, and 32208 should an investor avoid, and why? I know these areas are where crime is higher in Jacksonville, but I'm looking to find out where the armpits of these area codes are.

Hi Vincent,

You could try calling the desk Sargent's at JPD and the Sheriff Department and ask them--they should know.

There are some tough neighborhoods down there (be careful).
