Real estate is surprisingly stable. It has reasonable price appreciation and is also a good source of passive income—a profitable long-term investment. Real estate value goes up over time. It is not just thrivings, and it won't decline anytime soon. Compared to other investment options, the longer you have real estate, the more you profit.
