203k Lenders In Central Connecticut

Hello BP Community,

I am starting my search for multifamily properties in Manchester, CT, and I am hoping that someone might have recommendations for a good 203k lender who has experience working with first time buyers in the area. I am looking to house hack, and I like the idea of buying a foreclosure and fixing it up. I am meeting with a realtor this week to begin my search. It is my understanding that I should get pre-qualified before finding a deal, so that way I don't waste anyones time. I have been pre-qualified for an FHA loan, but would like to shop around and find the best rates/option for me.

Thanks,

Jacob
