Hi Brendan!  I am a New Haven County native that lived in Boston for 15 years and has been back in the Elm City for seven years.  I'd be happy to share some insights in the market.  I'm a licensed broker for both CT and MA, and have specialized in investment properties since 2003.  Please let me know if I can answer any questions or offer any guidance.
