Denver folks interested in learning more about Cincinnati

Figured I'd throw it out there to anyone in Denver looking to invest in Cincinnati. I was born and raised in Cincinnati and actively invest in a few different neighborhoods. I do mostly Buy-Hold, with some wholesaling as it comes up. 

I'll be in Denver for the craft beer show for my other job all week..... if anyone is interested in grabbing a beer/coffee, I'm happy to share my insights on my hometown and its RE market.
