Need Recommendaton for Denver Neighborhood
Hi All!
I'm new to BP and I'm excited to be part of this community and meeting fellow BP'ers!
I'm looking to buy a single family house in Denver to live in sometime during first half of 2019. I'm looking for the following criteria:
1.) Under $550k (putting 20% down)
2.) Extremely easy to rent out where rent would cover PITI
3.) Would not suffer from drastic depreciation in the event of a market correction
Criteria #2, #3 are mainly because my job is pretty unstable and I might need to either sell or rent the house out on a short notice in 2-3 years time.
If anyone can recommend any specific neighborhoods in Denver I'd really appreciate it! Would also appreciate any tips/advice!
Thank you so much Everyone!
Joe

I'd look highlands, sunnyside or possibly Baker. UHills might work too. You could look at duplexes on South Broadway or Englewood. It's going to be close on your CF depending on your loan, etc. One of my lender's has a good 10-1 ARM product that can get you a lower rate. Let me know if you want her info.
