Newbie Looking Towards First Investment Property
Hello all...
I am new to the area and definitely new to investment properties. After looking at investing in properties for many years, i am finally at a point where i feel the need to move forward. My long term goal is essentially generating a strong net worth so i am looking towards buy / hold for now.
I would love to meet up with some of the experienced or new people in the area to gain some perspectives / insights to investing in the denver area.
my goals currently would be to target my first property up and rented by Q3 2018. My background is one of a strong analytics having worked in the pharma industry my entire life and also completing an MBA on the side a few years back. very big numbers guy and love building spread sheets etc.
look forward to meeting people on here and interacting via the forum or meetups.
thanks
Bo

@Bo A Vanecko I think you would enjoy "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow... And 36 Other Key Financial Measures" by Frank Gallinelli. It's $15 on Amazon. It's the only real estate book that I've ever read more than once. Packed full of great info on how to evaluate properties.
