Need Good Property Management Contract

Hello Denver Re Investors!

Happy Friday :) I am going to manage a small multi-family property for someone that I would ultimately like to buy the property from. I need a good property management contract that outlines the terms of our agreement. Does anyone know a good RE attorney that can draw one up for me? Or does anyone have one I can use/adjust to this particular situation? Any additional tips or info an property management contracts would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Erika

Hey @Erika C. Moving on up from your just managing your own units, huh? That's great. (I hope that new build is on track for you, as well.)

I'd give a shout to @Drew Fein on here. She's an attorney and seems to know her stuff around real estate contracts. You might also reach out to @Tyler Howell who runs Highland Rental, a management company.

Good luck!
