Looking to dive into real estate

Josh Cowan

Hi everyone, My name is Joshua Cowan, I live in Colorado Springs. I'm due to separate from the military In the next seven months. I've always had a passion for real estate and I'm ready to dive right into it. I'm looking for someone to mentor me in all things real estate. I don't want to just get by, I want to achieve greatness as cliche as that sounds. I'm hard working, determined, charismatic, outgoing, extrovert individual. I've taken 21 credit hours of school to receive my real estate certification. The only item I lack is my actual license. If I sound like your guy please feel free to contact me anytime. I look forward to hearing from you. V/r, Joshua Cowan

@Josh Cowan, do you have a minimum of 6 to 12 months living expenses saved up to get into real estate? Depending on the real estate brokerage you join, you're going to want to have at least this much in savings because it takes a while to start making money in real estate. As far as flipping paper goes, thats just another name for wholesaling, which in reality, you are going to need quite a bit of money for marketing to find the deals to which you would be flipping the paperwork for. Real estate is not has easy as it frequently sounds and almost always you are going to need money to get started to make it in this business.
