Looking for an Agent and Wholesalers

Hello Denver BPers. I've gotten my feet wet with a few properties out of state and one Commercial here in Denver. However, I'm looking to expand my foothold here in the local market. I'm interested in working with wholesalers and a good investor-focused agent. I focus mostly on 3-2 SFH properties, and am especially interested in Fixer-uppers for Buy and Hold.
