@Chris Harvey Leadpropeller is absolute garbage. I purchased their Google AdWords program for $997 and in 2 weeks they spent over $1300 of my money. I didn’t get a single call or webform filled in that time. I basically flushed $2300+ dollars down the toilet.

I posted a 12 cap here about a week ago and found a great buyer rather quickly. We currently have about 6 rehabs going and are looking to expand our buyers list. If you're interested in SFH investment properties please send me a message. In your message please include the following:

 -What part of town (if it matters)

- The cap rate you're looking for

- Whether you pay cash or are looking to finance

- Price range (if you have one)

- Bedrooms/Bathrooms

- Are you comfortable rehabbing, or do you need assitance

- Are you comfortable with a wholesale deal that may need work, or would you prefer turn-key
