Real Estate Agent Response

Hi everyone!

I am a newbie investor and I am in the  process of buying my first fix n' flip property in Denver. I have a new real estate agent that I have been working with for about a week now. I found a really great property that meets my criteria and I want to move fast on it (as you know, the Denver market is crazy!). I have emailed and tried to contact my agent saying I want to go see this property but I have not heard back. It has almost been 24 hours. What is acceptable in your opinion to wait for an agent's response to go see a property? I appreciate any feedback.

Thank you
