I am looking to network with lending partners familiar with the Kansas City market and specializing more on the fix/flip side of things.  I currently have a mix of commercial/residential properties in my portfolio and have 8 single family homes currently under renovation.  I have a great funnel of deals coming in and would like to develop relationships with additional lenders to help expand this operation.

Thanks in advance!

Quote from @Joshua Raiffe:

Hi everyone, long time browser, first time poster.

Does anyone have first-hand experience with using a Physician/Doctor loan to purchase a home in Arizona? And any recommendations for who you used.

Thanks much.

 Josh,

I worked with BOK financial for the physician loan from last year.  This house was in Denver (currently living in Kansas City now).  Not sure if BOK does business in AZ.  I would call several lenders in the area or search for banks doing physician home loans.  BOK was recommended to me and ended up being great to work with.  Some of these smaller banks do not advertise these types of loans so try to reach out to a mortgage broker and see who they would recommend too if you can't come up with anything from your search.

I am somewhat familiar with the Denver area. I grew up in western Kansas and do have quite a few family members still in the Denver area. I currently reside in Kansas City but am looking now at the Colorado market. My plan is an Air BnB in the Denver area but am not set on that at the moment. Ideally, I'm looking for an area that is STR friendly. As far as management, I'm currently not available to answer calls/messages for about 8 hours a day so I'm probably looking for a company/individual that already operates in that area to take this.

Hello,

I am an investor looking at purchasing a property in the Denver Colorado market within the next few months. Would like to connect with someone interested in managing or co-hosting. Also, looking to connect with someone to find the best STR friendly areas with maximum revenue potential.

Thanks in advance,

Trent B

Thank you @Cara Lonsdale! I currently do use Air DNA. I am in other markets with STR/LTR/Air Bnb but am looking to expand outside of my current market. The most important thing for me prior to purchasing a property is visiting with hosts and potential co-hosts as I will be investing from a distance. Ideally, connecting with current Air BnB operators or current Co-hosts in the Scottsdale area that are looking to expand their portfolio is my top priority and see if we can find common goals.

I am looking to connect with current Air BnB owners, hosts and/or co-hosts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Also, looking to connect with realtors in the area that may be a part of the STR community here.

Thanks,

Trent B
