Hi everyone - we found a property and are entering escrow with the seller.  The property is in Anaheim Hills area and only 11 years old.  Seems to be in good condition.  Any recommendations on  good, reasonably-priced home inspector?  We'd like to make sure there are no surprises before we acquire the property.  Thanks!
