I'm looking for recommendations for community or regional banks to refinance an apartment complex in Bakersfield. Any referrals would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

Thank you, Sanjeev and Jo-Ann. I was able to refinance with a traditional bank. However, I am pulling cash out to purchase additional properties. So, I may need both of your services in the future. I'm looking to continue investing in the Central Valley.
