Favorite areas to invest in Sacramento Metro
Interested to see what areas people are investing in the Sacramento metro area. I personally like the B areas (Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Natomas) of the city. I think growth in most Sacramento metro is pretty healthy and these areas offer a relatively lower price compared to other areas of the city.

@Jack Liu I like the areas you mentioned and to be honest pretty much MOST of Sac is solid, I tend to avoid this square: south of fruitridge, east of the 99, down to mack rd.
I had a pretty terrible experience with a flip in 95824.
Areas i REALLY like for the sake of growth over the next few years are West Sac, Natomas (south and north), and Meadowview
