Looking to network with Sacramento wholesalers

Looking to network with some local wholesaler.  I'm working with an investor who would like to flip 1-3 homes a month. Price isn't really a factor but the deal has to make sense.  Looking for any single family home with potential. I'm an agent and have access to the mls so I'm looking for possible deals not on the mls.  So if you are a wholesaler please add me to you list or just send me your deals.  Anywhere in Sacramento, Folsom, Elk Grove, Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Carmichael, etc.  Pretty much anywhere in Sacramento, Placer, or El Dorado county works.
