Hello, I am a newbie investor from Sacramento, CA.  I am interested in Flipping houses and learning more about investing in wholesale properties etc. I have studied real estate in the past with the hopes of becoming a real estate agent, however, I would be more interested at this time in becoming a real estate investor, which have always been my potential to do so.  I am sure that by being a member of this organization that I will be able to reach my goal in learning more about real estate investing.
