Hi everyone,

I’m a new investor and I have 3 books I want to read. Millionaire real estate investor, the book on rental property investing, and long distance real estate investing. I was curious which order I should read them in. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

Hi @Derek York!  Carlsbad local here as well.  All those are great books to start with, but consider rick dad poor dad as a very broad and widely applicable book on the concept of buying assets.  Between those books you mentioned, I agree with Aaron Wortham on the sequence.
