How to determine Blind Offer prices for Raw Vancant Land.

How to figure out the MAO quickly with the least amount of research to get your letters out.

I was offering 40% ASV targeting MLS Expired Land Listings, and am getting alot of accepted call backs.

I am now thinking I am not making my offers low enough.
