I am trying to figure out the best way to get started but have little cash. I have alot of equity in personal home and one investor who also has some cash. Any recommendations on the best way to proceed other that finding other investors. I was thinking that if able to flip one or two properties then take to bank in hope for a line of equity. Any thoughts?
