Flipping, hiring contractors, working a fulltime job...
How many of you work full-time jobs and do complete flips on the "side" while hiring contractors to complete all the work? As in, you manage the project from your desk at work.
I'm a teacher and I'm really starting to wonder if it's possible to teach and hire contractors to perform work on flips.
I have personally flipped a few homes myself, both became rentals. So I have an idea how the process works, at least a little bit.
Thoughts?

A lot of it relies on having people you trust doing the things that you would otherwise do.
A realtor that does extra legwork, maybe even acts as a project manager.
A set of contractors that you trust to keep projects within budgets.
Generally you would be aiming to grow your business in that way, delegating as much of the work as possible, because that’s the only way to scale.
That does have impact on the bottom line since there are more people involved, in which case you have to build that into the project economics.
