I look at the parallels between Katrina and this disaster... and I am in awe at how the TExans have galvanized and come together compared to what happened in New Orleans..

I suspect there also may be a form of the GOZONE that helped rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf coast of Mississippi..  with bonus depreciation for investor that step up and invest in these areas to bring them back to life much quicker than what would normally happen.
