Mental slump

I am in a bit of a mental slump today. I'm reading Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor and he writes a lot about net worth, and how it's important to track and grow it. Due to student loans and mortgages on 3 properties, even with significant equity I have a VERY negative net worth. It's really discouraging. It's hard to picture it turning around, regardless of the number of properties I accumulate. Has anyone else felt this way?

Networth is just numbers on paper.... don't sweat it...

take your highest interest rates and pay those off until you have no other debt other than mortgages.

and maybe a car... that's it... paying interest on anything else is throwing money away
