The brain is so cool! haha

I see everyone wanting to just buy leads and take the easy way..( blessing in disguise is i have no spending money to buy leads so my brain figured if someone can create a way to pull information from sites about probate/divroce nod's, then heck so could I ! ) WELL if they are hunger might as well provide the food ! So i've found out a way to "scrape" online sites for specific information, My plan is once i figure out how to officially set up the coding and scraper I will then offer to sell leads! Its always good to have more streams of income :)

I'm so excited for how many opportunities real estate has. A bit over whelming but cant wait to share my journey!
