effects of R.e. agency across the street?

So across from my SFH which I rent out ,has been a vacant house for 10 years.

It is the only house of 9 which is zoned commercial,,  and now a r.e. agency will open a business there, once renovated.

I imagine many cars going in and out and changing  this now very quiet dead end road, thus house values decreasing.

Am i seeing this wrong or anyone see an upside to this situation?
