THE COMPETITION IN REAL ESTATE

My name is Rico and I am fairly new to REI and love the BP family. This site is great and has a lot of great information that gives newbies like a the necessary confidence needed in moving forward and pulling the trigger to become a true investor.

I would love to pick your brains and see what you guys have to say, but it seems like a lot of people are investing in RE. Everywhere you turn someone  is looking to buy or sell an investment property.

My question is about the competition. Being that a lot of people are involved is that an issue and how does it affect newbie investors?

Thank you in advance and I appreciate your thoughts and advice.

Best regards,

Rico
