Hey guys,

I created a mind map for myself which i believe should help me in staying focus. I want to be a flipper but often find myself researching stuff other then what i need to better myself. this leads me to ultimate analysis paralysis.

i was hoping some of you experienced investors would be able to review critique it and lend some suggestions. I know i may be asking a lot in terms of your time. but i want it to where it could not only help me but be used as a guide to all the beginners and intermediate flippers out there and mainly in here on bp.

so i ask please check it out, feel free to add to it. leave notes and hopefully we can use it as a comprehensive beginners cliff notes types mind map to keep people on track.

thanks as always

Alfonso
