appraisal vs insurance quote
So, a month ago I was disapointed in an appraisal i had gotten, I was trying to barrow $20k for a 4 unit....the appraisal came back at $15k......ouch!!!!! I found private $ to do the deal and called to get an insurance quote. They quoted me "actual cash value" is $244,076! Thats a $230k difference....I dont get it.
