input - Yellow Letters - VA Loan - Good Time to buy - Bandit Signs
I have a VA loan I can use and a downpayment grant to use with the VA loan. I own one property that I rent out rooms in and pick up leaves mow yard etc. I'm not sure how long the grant is available and funded.
Right now considering if I really want to take on a 2nd. Without the grant I would not. I'm pretty happy and not too excited to increase my risk.
Few Ideas- Experiment with creative marketing - Yellow letter campaign/Bandit signs - if I find a deal I can't get rid of, I can use my VA loan and not hurt the seller - Very tempted to go this route and try to get a start at wholesaling
- Buy a Duplex through MLS and rent out more rooms
- Buy a decent deal on a SFH rent out rooms
- Be happy where I am - dang grant
Little nervous not sure how long grant is available. Just called state office and left a message.
What would U do? All well intended input appreciated.
