@Jody Young  I felt like I could run through a brick wall after watching it! Like I was back in my football pads again! 

Also very cool how it gave me so much inspiration and motivation I was able to create more written goals to achieve and have already begun to take steps in order to achieve them - the power of motivation! Be Phenomenal!
