How to turn your tenant into an onsite property manager
I recently rented out a bank owned reo and my tenant has played a role in managing issues. These bank reos sit for awhile and there is going to be issues to deal with as a result. Now I got luckly with the tenant as he is a retired master plumber as well as he is an out of state landlord and understands what we are up against. I wanted to check with other bpers with their experiences and horror stories with having your tenant assist with property management.
thanks,
Matt
