Nervous But Determined - Coffee meeting in the Morning with a Real Estate Powerhouse

Tomorrow morning, I have a coffee date with someone I truly respect—a broker-owner and major player in the real estate space. Not going to lie, I’m a little nervous… but nerves don’t stop me from making moves. I don’t sit around waiting for someone to hand me a shot—I create my own access. When the door cracks open, I show up prepared.

The fact that someone of his caliber is taking time out of his busy schedule to sit down with me speaks louder than any post or pitch. That kind of alignment can't be faked - it has to be earned.

This meeting isn’t about asking for favors—it’s about alignment, clarity, and letting my actions speak for themselves.

More updates soon—but just wanted to share this moment in real time. Showing up matters.

You'll learn the games of power.

Sitting there thinking someone is "taking" time out of their "busy" schedule is just a farce.

They're in it for their own reasons. See through the facade. Then read & react appropriately.
