Hi! I’m Shay Snipes, a Nashville native exploring the Memphis real estate market. I’m looking for some valuable tips on up-and-coming areas and would really appreciate any insight you can offer. Also, if you know of any investor-friendly title companies, I’d love your recommendations!

My favorite zip codes to recommend for investment opportunities in the Memphis area are 38114, 38111, 38104, 38117, 38109, 38128, 38127, 38116, 38115, 38118, 38119, 38112, 38122, 38141, & in Mississippi 38637, 38671, 38672, 38654. This is a mixture of areas for good flips & rentals. As far as title companies go, I would recommend Foundation Title & Escrow. Basically impossible to find opportunities in Cordova / Bartlett these days. I've found quite a few in 38111 that meet the 1% rule. Check out Sure Title Company for quick closings.
