Promissory Notes or agreements

Hello can anyone help with an example of a promissory note/agreement specifically for raising capital in real estate. Trying to draft two agreements one with no guarantee and one with a guarantee and looking for examples. Thank you!

Talk to an attorney. Contracts found on the internet from strangers are often dated, not in compliance with your local laws, or plain trash.

promissory notes are pretty generic.. but you usually have a PN and the PG is a separate document.

As mentioned notes are very standard documents that your attorney should draft.

A PG is another separate document just like there also should be a loan agreement if to a LLC and some security instrument

We use an attorney to always draft these and charge the costs to the borrower as part of the closing costs
