I am in the process of forming a LLC for my Real Estate Investments and am looking for a CPA and Real Estate Lawyer to add to my team. I currently own a SFR investment property and a Condo as my Primary Residence, with plans to add another investment property to my portfolio this year. I am hoping the BP community can help recommend a CPA with experience working with Real Estate investments.

@Mark Kao You should also look into The ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy.

Hello Everyone, I am a new BP user and was hoping to find local meetups in the San Jose, Fremont or neighboring areas.  I am eager to connect with other BP members to discuss Buy and Hold and other Real Estate Strategies.

@Jonathan J. Miller - I appreciate warm reception I've been getting on the BP forum, you guys rock!!

@David Greene - I would love to connect and pick your brain on how you evaluate your deals and decide to where to buy.  The Bay Area market prices are pretty high compared to the rest of the country.  I am in the market for another investment property and would love to hear about any potential properties that you may have.

@Andre Smith It's amazing how much information is on Bigger Pockets. So far I've read a bunch of forum post and blogs and I have learned so much.  There's so much useful information on here and I am thankful to have found such a valuable resource.   Good Luck with your investing as well.

@Mark Nolan Thanks for the welcome, I can't wait to fully immerse myself in the bigger pockets community.

My name is Sang Ko and I am a new BP member from Fremont, CA.   I got started in real estate when I purchased my first house by using money from my 401k as down payment. A couple years later after reading "The Automatic Millionaire" by David Bach I discovered that I could do a cash out refinance and use those proceeds to purchase another property. I currently own 2 properties (1 primary residence, 1 income) and I am in the process of doing another cash out refinance to use those proceeds to purchase another income property.  I've been binge listening to the Bigger pockets podcast for the last couple of week's and decided to finally join the community.  I want to learn more about Real Estate Investing especially the buy and hold strategy so I can generate passive income while working my regular 9-5 office job.  I am also looking to connect with like minded people in the area as well as seasoned investors so I can pick their brain and learn from their experiences.
