Looking for recommendations for STR PM for Mission Beach duplex

I am looking for recommendations for a Property Manager to manage our Mission Beach Duplex Short Term Rentals.  These units have been STRs for 2 decades and are currently professionally managed by a company that I am no longer happy with.

It would be nice if you could indicate what you like about the PM, what you do not like about the PM, what is included in the service, and what they are charging you.  Please add other details that you believe are relevant.
